Answering my Christmas letter someone wrote: „You never disappoint.“ I stopped and smiled – somewhat sadly. That`s so not true, I thought. Ask the people closest to me and you will know: Sometimes I am disappointment personified.
Still: if I don`t think about it too long, if I don`t check with what I know about myself – it sounds wonderful: „You never disappoint.“ In the end it`s not true, but for a short moment I only read the praise and don`t doubt its truth.
